The highest temperature it can handle is 100°C under extreme conditions. Running it at full capacity usually stays in the upper 80s, which seems safe. Adjusting BIOS settings to cool it down might not be necessary.

It seems the temperatures are okay unless you're running heavy multithreaded tasks continuously. If noise bothers you, there are alternatives, though the best choice depends on your specific needs. For instance, lowering temps and power can be achieved by disabling turbo mode. Does that make sense?
