Hey everyone, sorry for the unclear words! I just received a Huawei WiFi Mesh 3 Pack from Saudi Arabia along with its specifications. It includes Tri Band support – 2.4GHz, 5GHz low band, and 5GHz high band. Since I’m now in another country, setting it up was easy, but here’s the problem: only my Sony Bravia Android TV (KD-65X7500D) can use the 5GHz bands. All other devices in my home aren’t picking them up at all; they only see the 2.4GHz band. The devices I have are: Poco F3, Nokia 8, Samsung Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 10+, and Galaxy S10+. These support only 2.4GHz, so it’s not worth mentioning them. I heard it might be a regional setting issue, but there’s no option to change it. The available 5GHz channels are: 36,40,44,48,52,56,60,64 (low band) and 100,104,108,112 (high band). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The configurations for each 5GHz band should generally match. There might be an option to choose a country for the router, allowing you to pick your location. Whether the Wi-Fi names differ between 2.4 and 5GHz depends on the device settings.

The configurations for low, high, and 5GHz bands are largely identical. There’s no way to adjust the router’s location or region settings. The WiFi name remains consistent across all bands, but only the TV recognizes every band. Other devices only see the 2.4GHz frequency.
