Based on the specifications provided, I would eliminate all but one stick of RAM and check for a boot.
Motherboards tend to last a long time unless they’ve been neglected or are outdated. I’d think the issue might start with faulty RAM. How did this situation develop?
Using a Windows update! It asked to shut down and update, but I planned to do it later and left it idle. When I returned, I thought I’d saved a game with 110GB that left the SSD nearly empty (just under 1TB). After restarting, the update window disappeared, making me think it had finished. Then it began crashing—first a blue screen, then no data collection while playing Total War: Warhammer 3! The performance was very unstable. I restarted using the power button, but the problem repeated the next day. I ran virus scans, but found nothing. Eventually, it crashed completely and blocked access to the desktop. I tried undoing updates in Repair My PC, but nothing changed. I guess I accidentally reset everything and then reinstalled Windows from a USB stick, though the installer couldn’t recognize the SSD. That’s about all I’ve heard so far!
It's possible the nVME device is failing. They're quite affordable, so consider getting a compact 120GB unit just to check it out.
