It seems you were considering a GTX predecessor but didn't quite think through it. @edgarlemos, you're correct—Middcore is accurate.

The Quadro P series would probably be a superior choice for you. I own a few P1000 cards that were affordable—they handle multiple monitors at CAD rates and even light gaming smoothly. The P1000’s 4GB of VRAM performs adequately for most work tasks.

It seems the graphics cards might be the problem. It could also relate to the power supply unit. I chose a 2 GT730 for its cost and thought it would suffice, but they might be too basic. The freezes occurred when only one Chrome was running, with others just displaying wallpaper. If these cards can handle four 1080p streams at once, that doesn't make sense.

I understand your point. I don't rely on CAD or heavy graphics tools. My visuals mainly consist of candlestick and line charts, which are simpler. The problems you mentioned likely occurred regardless of the browser I used, so it probably isn't a big issue.

Sure, I understand you're not necessarily concerned about 4K resolution. If the card supports multiple 4K outputs, it should handle 1080p just fine. Running more screens does increase memory and CPU demand, but opening Chrome usually doesn't strain graphics—mostly using RAM and CPU. The fact that eight screens are open at once might be the main issue. Also, check if your operating system supports dual GPUs and if the drivers for both are current. That could also be contributing to the problem.

I get your point. I chose these cards mainly because they were affordable and designed for 4x1080 resolution. If they can handle their intended purpose, it might just be an issue with the graphics card itself or something else affecting the system. Buying more expensive cards probably wouldn't fix the situation and could lead to unused duplicates plus other overpowered ones. It doesn’t seem logical for a company like ASUS to release products that fail basic tasks. I’m using Windows 11 with all recent updates. I installed the newest Nvidia drivers, but the problems persisted. After switching to the official Asus drivers, the issue remained unchanged.

Sure, I understand. I'm just not sure what else to suggest if I'm being honest. Please inform us if it works or helps resolve the problem. I'd love to learn more about the issue. Good luck!
