I recently switched from Windows 10 to Windows 7 on my old laptop, but the USB ports and Wi-Fi aren’t working since the drivers aren’t installed. I’m unsure how to get them without any connectivity options.

Poor choice with Microsoft discontinuing Windows 7 support. Consider using Ethernet for drivers instead.

Despite switching to Windows 7 recently, I still faced issues downloading drivers. The free version only lets you install one driver at a time, so I had to download them individually. Alternatively, purchasing the software for $5 or $8 would allow all updates in one go. It should help.

If it doesn’t function then open the device manager, select your hardware and choose update, then search for the latest driver online.
