Asus site mentions these options: "- Q-LED (CPU [red], DRAM [yellow], VGA [white], Boot Device [yellow green])". It offers a limited range, though not very extensive.

It seems very unlikely. The issue might be with the new board or even faulty hardware. I’ve noticed the same problem on my Asus board—one LED stays lit in a specific color while the PC runs normally. It’s worth checking what each LED is supposed to indicate when everything works correctly.

The LED is not visible on the board; it might indicate a problem with the circuit or a faulty component.

It seems your new motherboard might not be working well either. It could be that your PSU isn't functioning properly, possibly limiting power output to just what the CPU and board need. I’d suggest checking it at the store where you bought it to confirm its performance. Your motherboard is still worth considering, but testing it would give you a clearer picture.

Your RAM model Kingston kvr24n17s8/8 might still work, but it could be contributing to the issue.
