Hi, as title suggests I have a gigabyte m/b a320m with the lastest bios (1.0.0.3 updated through
@bios
) and ryzen 3 1200, when I change multiplier/voltage in bios and then boot into win 10 nothing has changed, i use cpu z to check, have also tried using ryzen master to over clock but that also makes no changes at all, I have disabled win 10 fast boot and re set bios by removing cmos battery (as i have alreday looked into this) but still noting is changing, i also disabled core perfonance boost in bios, this is a brand new m/b and processor, on my old machine I easy overclocked kavari a10 with no problems, any help here would be much appriciated, thanks in advance
i'm only testing the newest amd ryzen chipset drivers recommended by cpu z tools
So now adjusting the bios settings displays the right values each time I boot into bios, like 38x multiplier. However, in cpuz it only shows 31x at 3ghz, win 10 task manager lists 3ghz active speed but still shows base speed at 3.75? But cinebench reports 3.8ghz? I'm really confused. I've heard that task manager isn't always accurate, but on my other system (kavari a10), when I overclock to 4ghz, the task manager shows 4ghz.
