Hello, I recently purchased a new computer for my sister and noticed the Wi-Fi isn't appearing in the settings despite installing the drivers. Could anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps? The system details are: CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU - Asus Tuff GTX 1650, Mobo - Asus Prime B550m-A, Wi-Fi II RAM - G.skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200, 16GB x 2.

I can't display or capture screenshots directly. However, you can open Device Manager on your computer and expand the network adapters section to view them in detail.

You haven't set up the chipset drivers yet? Also, installing all Windows updates would be beneficial.

Use the Wi-Fi driver found on the official website of that specific motherboard, avoid third-party sources
