You're noticing some unusual behavior from your system. It seems the AMD Radeon settings app is requesting firewall access, which is unexpected since it already has internet access. I verified the app's legitimacy, ruling out malware. During the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities era, such odd app behavior is worth noting. Regarding Windows patches, the latest updates addressed these issues, so you're likely protected now.

AMD recently updated their drivers, likely to enable the new software. The patch for chip vulnerabilities won’t be available until the 9th.

There is no FIX. It's just a software update, at best it's like trying to hold onto rain in a bag and hoping your whole area stays dry. Intel has let us down, and they did it on purpose.
