I have a 7820x that is delided and can hit 4.6 @ 1.1v. It's on an MSI x299 gaming M.2 ACK. I was thinking about enabling a C state and per-core OC to the clock speed so it doesn't always stay at 1.1V and 4.6GHz. Basically, set the turbo speeds to 4.6GHz and adjust the voltage to 1.1V when needed. Thanks ahead of time.

There needs to be a choice to adjust turbo clocks rather than the main clock.
Voltage should utilize adaptive voltage instead of fixed voltage
So the CPU can lower its clocks when not under heavy use

Thank you. The response was delayed because it was during the holiday weekend. You can locate these settings in the bios by following the standard navigation path.
