Setting up Windows Update paused at 35%.
I powered off my computer earlier this morning assuming a standard Windows update. I waited for it to finish, but my PC kept restarting. I initially believed the issue was an internet connection problem, though that turned out to be incorrect. After waiting over four hours, the only noticeable change was from 35% to 100%, but once the PC restarted, it changed again immediately. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
