Uninstall Neverware from your Emachines 355, then proceed with installing Windows 7 Starter. The installation warning about GTP format and needing NTFS is normal; ensure your drive is formatted correctly. If the boot loop persists, try restarting the PC or checking for hardware issues. Your computer is clearly not ready for Neverware!

For non-Windows systems, use fdisk or diskpart. Format the drive according to the OS you wish—choose MBR or GPT table, then select the desired filesystem type.
