I've assembled multiple PCs for personal and business use, successfully installing Windows without problems. Now I'm helping a friend set up a new machine with no existing setup. They need everything prepared—Windows 10 installed and updated, drivers ready—and they want to create a Windows account just like a standard user would on a new PC. What’s the optimal approach to fully prepare the system, ensure it's in perfect condition, and then have the user get started smoothly without any lingering traces of my involvement?

We often rely on sysprep for setting up new systems. It was handy when I transferred my laptop, and it wasn’t too complicated to get started.
