I’ve upgraded my gaming PC with a new motherboard, RAM, and CPU. My old SSD is no longer working well, so I’m replacing it with two 500GB NVMe drives. I plan to reinstall Windows 10 on the new drive and set up RAID 0 for performance. I’m curious about cleaning a fresh installation on the new drive and ensuring all data from the old SSD is removed to avoid conflicts.

Start your Windows setup on fresh hardware right away—no need to reinstall. Activation issues might depend on the specific Windows version (like box or OEM), but details are covered in several guides here.
