I installed Windows on an HDD and recently added Pop OS to an SSD. When I restart, the system asks if you want to boot into Linux or Windows. I’m concerned about what happens if I delete Windows and reinstall it—how would it appear afterward? Please let me know.

I tried this before, and after reinstalling it to the same folder it felt completely different. You might also consider using Windows' built-in tool to reset the system, though it can be slow.
