You definitely don’t want to rely on Windows 7 as your primary operating system. Browser compatibility for Chrome and Firefox is about to disappear. Security concerns are significant, with many unresolved vulnerabilities that won’t be patched. Performance is another drawback. Windows 10 offers a much smoother experience. Use Windows 7 only in a virtual machine when necessary.
