My laptop started up, but it’s running Ubuntu. Setting up Windows 10 remains problematic. The display appears empty with a moving cursor in the top-left corner.
I'm checking the installation method for Windows 10. It seems the setup disk might be damaged. Have you attempted to run Linux on the suspected drive or are you trying a dual boot? Make sure your Windows drive is functional.
I located the fix in the bios, opened the EFI shell, and launched the EFI prompt. When the spinning circle appeared, type spam enter before it opens the command prompt. I encountered the same issue previously and managed to resolve it for XD now. When selecting a partition, I see 0MB displayed on the drive.
