The issue occurs when trying to install Windows 10, causing it to repeatedly start in the same state. To resolve this, check the boot order, ensure the correct installation media is selected, or try a different USB drive. If needed, perform a factory reset or reinstall the OS.

It appears to be a laptop from 2018, specifically an Asus X505B model.

Do you possess another machine? Might it help to install a different operating system or use a Windows recovery media? It could range from a basic boot disk to a full installation failure.
