It seems the performance isn’t great. This UHD 630 likely runs on integrated graphics, probably at 8700K. You might want to lower the settings if possible, and aim for 1080p with a resolution below 100%.

It seems unlikely to get that result with integrated graphics. You might still attempt it. Begin with the simplest options and gradually increase settings if space allows.

I believe 480p or even lower might be the way. It seems lowering the resolution alone wouldn't get you banned. I remember playing Monster Hunter World at around 40fps—still manageable, though I couldn’t really read well.
