Your setup supports Fortnite at 1440p with minimal lag. With 600MB internet and a high-end i7-9700K, you should have enough bandwidth for smooth streaming. Adjust settings in Streamlabs OBS to optimize performance.

I haven't streamed recently, so I'm unfamiliar with recent updates to OBS or SLOBS. It would be very useful to know your current upload speed and internet connection type. Try speedtest.net for a test, then share the results or screenshot, and let me know if you're using a wired or wireless setup.

Lag refers to a network issue, and its impact depends on the specific Fortnite server you're using. For streaming, aim for around 6000kbps.
