I'm facing trouble configuring Microsoft Phone Link in Windows 11. It seems unrelated to Bluetooth problems—I can add printers, keyboards, mice, headphones, etc., just fine. The same goes for the phone; adding AirPods, tablets, and my Windows printer works perfectly.

I've tried:
- Closing and restarting Bluetooth,
- Confirming the phone isn't already listed in Bluetooth,
- Logging into the same Microsoft account on both devices,
- Using reset and repair options in app settings (Bluetooth > Mobile Devices),
- Enabling specific Phone Link features.

Also attempted to toggle "Allow PC to connect to mobile devices."

Despite these efforts, all steps were repeated multiple times after rebooting both devices. Any additional advice would be much appreciated.

I realized I might miss something important—this involves an iPhone and Windows 11.

And I overlooked the link (click on iPhone top of the page).
Microsoft Phone Link enables you to check and close notifications, place and answer calls and messages.
With a refreshed design for Windows 11, Phone Link is now available globally.
The Phone Link experience for iOS will be included by default on your PC running Windows 11—just search “Phone Link” in the Start menu. If you can’t find it, consider updating to a newer Windows 11 version or obtaining the app from the Microsoft Store.
From your PC, you can link selected iPhone devices using the Link to Windows (LTW) app for iPhone.
You’ll find the Link to Windows option in the Apple Store, while the Microsoft Store displays Microsoft Phone Link. This connection lets you access messages, calls, and notifications seamlessly from your PC.
Phone Link needs specific requirements: iOS 14 or newer on iPhone, a Windows 11 device, Bluetooth, and the latest Phone Link version. It isn’t available for iPad or MacOS. Compatibility can differ by region. Trademarks belong to their owners.

OK.... Both actions seem to trigger issues. When clicking on the link generated from scanning a QR code with the camera, and when scanning the QR code directly from the app on iPhone, the connection fails. The 6-digit code appears in the link app but doesn't work. I also tried clicking the provided link, which behaved similarly—still no success.
iPhone is running iOS 17. It's worth noting that my compatibility list only includes Android devices, which initially concerned me until I realized the link app lists an option for iPhone.
