The queries you see are likely just random broadcasts. Running ipconfig /all should display your active DNS servers. You’ll need to adjust the DNS server settings on your router or all client devices. Pihole has good documentation, so locating this info should be straightforward.

Corrected everything, restarting now and clearing all DNS entries before testing.
