I'm looking for ways to set up mac on my PC and use Logic Pro. I've tried installing Hackintosh but it didn't work. After reformatting the hard drive and using a USB with the install files, I followed all the recommended BIOS settings. Could you offer any suggestions or help? Thanks to anyone who can assist!

Sure, I can try running it inside a virtual machine.

Sure, I've got a functional Mac VM, but it's running quite slowly.

Choose between VM and hackintosh. For top hackintosh assistance, visit the tonymac86 forums. A hackintosh requires specialized hardware closely matching Apple specs. Your CPU details are unclear, but note that NVIDIA drivers aren’t supported for Pascal cards in the latest OSX versions.

Top choice is a KVM setup similar to the one Linus demonstrated in several clips. (Are there two now?) A fully bare metal hackintosh is actually much more challenging and demanding.
