You can wipe the drive and reinstall Windows as follows:

1. Back up any important data before proceeding.
2. Connect the SSD to your computer using a USB drive or external enclosure.
3. Open the Windows installation media (USB drive) and select the Samsung SSD 840 Evo.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to erase the existing data.
5. Once the wipe is complete, restart the computer.
6. Install Windows from the installation media.

Do you possess a Windows license? Also, please disconnect the HDD before installing Windows.

I found my key in a previous program I used, but the prebuilt computer didn’t include CDs for some reason.

During installation, if the hard drive remains connected, files are written to the drive, preventing the system from starting without it.

You can download the Windows ISO file and use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB drive. Then plug it into your computer and follow the installation prompts.
