I've been keen on getting into macOS, so I set up a VM on my Windows 7 laptop and now want to dual boot it with Mojave. I won't be using Windows 10 because its updates are hard to control and it doesn't run smoothly on my machine. I'll be using the same disk but with different partitions. I downloaded macOS Mojave from the App Store to make a bootable USB, but ended up using a patch to create one. It was formatted as macOS extended journaled, but I didn’t realize about Clover at that time. Now I’m thinking if I can fit Clover into the created Mojave USB so I can save the time I spent. P.S. Don’t worry about my EFI partition—I think Windows made it look like 300MB by accident. Feel free to check my partition layout and use your Snipping Tool skills.

Currently, it's not possible to run both macOS and Windows on the same storage device.

Your understanding is limited. You can use multiple partitions but share the same drive.

Lucky you, but it seems tricky to run both the Windows boot loader and Clover together on one EFI partition.

I noticed their approach on the AIO forum: they copied the EFI files from the Clover ISO onto your disk’s EFI partition. I tried the same, but it didn’t work. I have two partitions on the USB—one with Clover installed via the Clover Configurator through a High Sierra VM, and another with the Mojave installation files. I’ve already configured SMBIOS and other settings like kexts. Now I just need to verify if everything is set correctly, but the BIOS keeps showing a pendrive with no bootable content. It’s frustrating because it took three hours to prepare that drive.
