PC starts up and enters the BIOS, then becomes stuck in a loading cycle or an automatic repair mode. There’s also a red light on my motherboard, suggesting possible hardware issues. I’m looking for advice but haven’t found many resources about this problem.

PC boots but then freezes during startup. It seems the bootloader isn’t working properly. You can share a photo and specify your motherboard model for clarity. Obtain the Windows ISO file and make a bootable USB drive. This will allow you to run commands that may resolve the issue.
