I tried linking my Bluetooth headphones to my PC using a mini M.2 key e Bluetooth Wi-Fi card from Amazon. After installing it on my Evga Z370 motherboard, downloading the drivers, and confirming it’s active, I still can’t establish a connection. Could anyone help clarify what might be missing or suggest troubleshooting steps?

It seems unusual since it isn't blue, but clicking 'add new device' and choosing Bluetooth will start the search process. The connected device should appear once it's paired.

Attempted several times using various devices such as headphones, iPhone, and speakers. The color is black due to changing the theme color on my PC.

Initiate Windows Update with the extra software feature activated. If it fails, reach out to EVGA for guidance. There might be unusual BIOS configurations interfering.

No, the external antennae were not attached to the card itself.

If nothing shows up, disconnect it, remove the driver, reinstall it, and test without using the card drivers. Windows includes its own drivers, which could help.

Updates are active, I verify, and I remain current. The exact location of the additional software configuration isn't clear to me.
