I recently installed Windows 10, not a complete clean, so some folders and games remained. Now I can't access the Windows display settings—I can open other apps but not the display area. I've tried logging in with a new admin account, but it doesn't work. Also, I've used CMD commands for scanning, but nothing has helped.
