Setting at 75Hz for each 3D game
You can try forcing the Samsung LS19MYAKBB/EDC monitor to run at a 75Hz refresh rate during 3D gaming. Normally, you adjust the settings through the control panel, but sometimes the refresh rate remains stuck at 60Hz even when starting a 3D game. Some games offer an option to change the Hz refresh rate, though not all do. It’s mentioned that this monitor is advertised for 75Hz support, yet in practice it only works with 3D titles on desktop systems, limiting the ability to set it manually.
In the game graphics settings of certain titles, there exists an option to adjust the refresh rate, though this feature is not available in every game.
All software and hardware components must be compatible with 75MHz.
If a 75 MHz setting isn't available, it might not function properly.
Please update your post with complete system specifications and operating system details.

I’m not entirely clear on the situation.
If the hardware and/or software doesn’t support 75 MHz, you can’t necessarily make it work.

What choices are available? Choosing an option is one thing; having that choice is another.
