The previous version included a DVD drive for installing Windows. This current version doesn’t need one. How should I proceed with installing Windows 10 now? Thanks ahead of time.

Get the thumb drive and build an installer from Microsoft at the provided link. Simply download the software, insert your 8GB drive, and follow the instructions to create a bootable USB. You're ready to use it immediately.

I favor directly obtaining the .iso file and employing balena etcher or Rufus to create a bootable USB. This approach ensures you avoid re-downloading if an error occurs or if you need a different thumb drive. Of course, you’ll still need another USB or HDD to save the .iso file.
