I believe we have a modem/router package. My sister at the ISP confirmed we're in a trial phase because our area has recently moved to NBN. It's been roughly 12 hours since the new equipment arrived, and while the connection is much faster, I still struggle to stream 4K on YouTube without frequent buffering.
