It seems you're questioning the reported issue with Skyrim on Windows 10. You mentioned testing VRAM concerns but then noted the claim about Skyrim having problems without evidence, which I want to clarify.

Windows 10 has problems with the launcher and occasionally with the game itself. The error code 0xC000005 indicates a thread attempting to access a location in paged memory improperly, often due to a corrupted pointer.

This seems unrelated to Windows 10. The issue appears to stem from a problem within the game's executable itself.

Only works on Windows 10 and occasionally 8/8.1. How memory handling differs from earlier versions, despite general OS limitations that affect older games.

It seems there might be some confusion. Fallout 3 wasn't originally built for Windows 7, let alone Windows 10. I managed to get it to function on Windows 10 quite simply, but I haven’t played long enough to verify its stability.

I installed Windows 7 today with Windows 10, and everything is functioning well. Now I'm ready to try Skyrim this evening.
