Hi Brandon,
I bought a Ubiquiti UniFi UAP access point to replace our slow ISP router. It works perfectly, and the controller software is solid. I'm using it on my MacBook Air (version 3.2.5). I noticed some people installing it on Raspberry Pi, but the guides seem aimed at those familiar with Linux. They mention things like "compile the software package manually," which I don’t understand. Do you know where a straightforward tutorial might be, or would you be willing to help write one? Thanks!

Regarding the firewall, it's possible that the current Linux version blocks access to the web admin interface from other devices—check your firewall settings to ensure port access is allowed.
