Sure, you can keep your files and Windows as long as you transfer them to the new drive. Just make sure everything is backed up before switching.

You definitely should back up your files. You can technically operate with the same Windows, just need to reactivate it. However, most cases require a full reinstall to function properly. You might attempt removing all drivers from your current motherboard and then installing new ones. But some motherboards are quite strict about settings. Regarding keys, OEMs prohibit reusing keys according to their terms of service. You can make it work, but I’m unsure how. If you have a retail key, you can reuse it as many times as needed.
