I attempted to link to the AT&T modem but didn't see a default gateway in Windows.

The first picture shows a CMD connection. Ethernet 5 links to the Att modem in the third shot. Ethernet 7 connects to the Nighthawk router in the second shot. I’m unsure how to access the Att modem for port forwarding. The fourth shot displays the port forwards for the Nighthawk router. The 101 IPs correspond to the iDrac server. You have an AT&T modem, likely the BGW210 model.

It doesn't seem to be functioning as a modem; the router should receive the public IP address. If it's operating as a router with another device behind it, there may be an issue.

Many locations offer a router and modem package together, meaning you connect the modem to another router and both devices require port forwarding.

Apologies for the delayed response; I hadn't considered this sooner. I won't be able to reach the settings for that gateway until Monday.

I'm not familiar with business, but in homes it's common for routers to be set up as bridges, making the first one function like a modem. This is just based on my own experience.
