Set up a virtualized Windows drive on Fedora
You can create a virtual machine using your old SSD with Windows installed, allowing those applications to run in a separate environment.
I agree with that YouTube person. For virtualization, I rely heavily on VMware and I discovered the Fedora guide on Google.
I managed to set it up via the Snap Store for future use https://snapcraft.io/install/fusion360/ubuntu. Remember to add —devmode during installation. It runs through Wine and so far the performance is satisfactory. I’ll still experiment with the virtual environment occasionally, but now it’s less pressing.
