What graphics card were you using before the RX560? Consider testing 3DMark Fire Strike or Time Spy for improved performance and benchmarking. Does your system experience a crash to desktop (CTD) or a full PC crash requiring a restart? Are there any error messages displayed during such events? If not, what information appears in the Event Viewer when a game crashes?
Before using the IGpu (Vega 8), I tested 3DMark and got a graphics score of 1820, CPU at 3384, and overall 1955. I’m not sure what these numbers mean, but I think my performance was just average compared to 1974 standards. Regarding crashes, it varies—sometimes it closes without warning, other times it shows an error message that changes each time. Online sources linked it to my graphics card, but that’s all I know. Also, I sometimes have to restart the whole PC after a crash, which happens when everything shifts to 480p resolution afterward. It’s really confusing, honestly.
For the dx versions, I've already attempted that. When you mention 'gpu firmware,' you're referring to the vbios? I've already looked for a solution but haven't found anything.
Please share the link to the time spy so it appears in the event viewer. You can check there for any useful information.
I understand the issue with the demo not showing detailed information. Let me assist you better. Have you tried reaching out for further support? Also, thank you for your patience—your message was clear.
