Hi, your setup with the EVGA FTW 3 12GB RTX3080 is causing noticeable lag on your desktop. When you switch back to the RX580 it functions properly. Since performance remains poor even after reinstalling, consider upgrading the CPU later. The system runs smoothly with Windows 10, and you’re already aware of the GPU’s limitations.

At 4K resolution it should work fine, though 1440 is challenging. You need to tune it to 4.2GHz at 1.41v with solid cooling, which could help avoid bottlenecks at that frame rate.

I tried that but it didn't resolve the issue. After turning on the computer without any drivers, it launches at 720 and works normally until the built-in drivers are applied or I install new ones. Then performance drops gradually until a gray screen appears and I need to keep pressing the power button.
