So are you skipping the regular Windows taskbar? I used to have Rainmeter but I don’t recall if I customized the taskbar. If you’re using a Rainmeter skin, you might be able to tweak its settings in the configuration file to move it around. But if you’re sticking with the standard taskbar and no skin, searching for “taskbar not completely hidden” should help—there are many videos showing how to make that thin line disappear.
