The Nvidia control panel lacks a v sync feature for adjusting FPS beyond its default settings. Are there any software options available to modify this?

Was es vor einigen Jahren eingestellt worden? Ich habe nur wenige Suchergebnisse gefunden, die alle aus dem Jahr 2016 stammen.

still functions properly. Simply download it, unzip it, open the NvidiaProfileInsepector.exe file, and you'll notice a frame limit listed, which should be the first option in the second section.

No, it isn't discontinued. You'll notice many new games when you install the newest update. Also, RTSS (MSI Afterburner) consistently performs much better than Nvidia Inspectors, even though it may require more CPU power.

I believe afterburner lacks a FPS limiter option, which is why I rely on the inspector.

It is located in the RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server) and supports afterburner. Opening it allows adjusting nearly any frame limit.

Well, it's a bit confusing. I'm not sure whether to use Rivatuner or keep using Profile Inspector.

I don't rely on MSI Afterburner with Rivatuner. It doesn't affect performance noticeably and provides a clear view of what your PC is doing while gaming. You can adjust the font size to fit comfortably in the top right corner as shown in this image. Click on the picture to enlarge it without blur.
