Yup starts the Riva statistics tool that lets you set the OSD, include TESV.exe in the profile list, and has a frame rate cap built in. On a side note, I’m not sure why this isn’t part of the NVIDIA Control Panel, but whatever.

It's definitely on my side since I rely on NZXT Cam, though it's okay to say it gets the job done.

Realvision ENB combined with many mods (now around 130) and I stay in the high 50s most of the time.
