Set Skyrim's frame rate cap at 60 FPS

In short, I use 144Hz monitors and play Skyrim in windowed mode for ease. Since VSync isn't an option, there are other ways to manage FPS.

If I remember correctly in the prefs.ini there is an option to enable vsync (can't check on this computer as Skyrim isn't installed).

Yes, players can achieve around 60 frames per second in Skyrim. It wasn't always considered possible.

Lel, 85 frames per second on full resolution 1024x768 with modifiers—your GTX 650ti with 2GB of RAM just can’t handle it much. Skyrim doesn’t stand a chance. *sigh* I still cherish my old CRT monitor—it was perfect back then.

Occasionally it reaches 45 at that point and then it recovers.
