Hey, After logging in today, I get a white popup from Windows and I can't do anything there's no button to close the window, I can't see the Task Manager, can't use the Windows key or anything. The white popup really looks similar to this one that I get every so often and just do "remind me later" : Here's what I get instead : Tried to contact Windows support but they really aren't helpful even after 2 hours chatting with them so I hope someone here might have an idea how to troubleshoot my problem ? Thanks a lot !

Assuming you have already attempted "turning it off and back on again" I have a suggestion that might work. -Boot into a windows installer USB stick. -Then press Shift-F10 to open command line -Run regedit.exe. Now you will make a registry edit at your own risk. Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager Now can create a registry key that disables the "Welcome Experience" Right-click on ContentDeliveryManager click "New" DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it: SubscribedContent-310093Enable Set the value data to 0. This should disable the "Welcome Experience" which seems to be the issue.
