Service Host: Network Service keeps consuming 20-50Mbps continuously. This is causing your data loss. The issue might be linked to background updates or background downloads. Since Windows updates are paused and other PCs can't download, check for scheduled tasks or services that could be using bandwidth. Disable any unnecessary updates or background processes to resolve the problem.

Likely transferring files for virus scanning or delivering Windows updates. Review your update preferences and Defender configurations. Disable any sharing or cloud services.

only real-time safeguards are active, my connection uses a metered plan, the windows update is inactive for a month, and cross-device downloads are disabled.

After checking for an hour, I realized Windows 10 isn’t telling me about the Xbox update. It seems Forza is still there, but the Xbox app isn’t showing up in the taskbar. Plus, my game pass subscription has ended.
