Service framework failure detected
The text service framework isn’t working in Windows 10 despite recent updates. I attempted all online suggestions to enable it, but typing by keyboard remains difficult. The keyboard seems to behave oddly—caplocks and numlock stay active, and pressing keys doesn’t release them properly. I suspect a hardware issue, as arrow keys and the enter key also fail. Lights for caps lock, numlock, and scroll lock turn off completely. After restarting, these lights come back on, but I still can’t log in via keyboard. The BIOS is slow to respond to arrow keys, and even with Ant antivirus installed, the problem persists. Keyboard functions work intermittently; I often unplug and plug it back, uninstall and reinstall the board repeatedly to fix it. I’m using an Ant keyboard and a Mercury motherboard with an i5 processor and 16GB RAM. If you know a solution for the Mercury issue or need help resolving conflicts between Microsoft, Ant, and Windows 10, please let me know. I’d appreciate a permanent fix to this Windows 10 TSF problem.
Do you have the complete system specifications? Should I run a malware scan on the system? Also, did you consider trying a different keyboard?
If the keyboard doesn't function in the BIOS, I suspect the issue lies with Windows.
If the keyboard is connected by cable, reinsert the USB connector then switch to another USB port next, and finally try a different keyboard.
