Running a Minecraft server with mods on a 2200G would be challenging but potentially doable. The system could handle it, though performance might suffer. Playing simultaneously would depend on your setup and the mods used. Edit: for better understanding, the machine serves as the server.

Minecraft Java originally struggled under heavy load, and with an overclock, it seemed like you wouldn't be able to handle it well.

It works smoothly now on your 2200g system and might handle more intensive settings on your 2-core laptop.

It seems Minecraft servers require less memory than they do processing power, particularly when player numbers are small and mods are added.
