Yes, you operate the server using a batch file, correct? Replace "java" with "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" and it should now reference Java 7.

The server launches successfully but no one can connect, and each time I refresh the client it displays a lost connection error with the IP address.

Remove all old Java versions from here: http://java.com/en/download/uninstallapplet.jsp Then install Java 7 version 67 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/j...21261.html and search for Server JRE (Java SE Runtime Environment) 7u67
