I operate the server on an elitebook 840 G1. Maybe it's not ideal, but it didn't lag much at first and a few plugins caused issues. I own spare parts: an LGA 1155 motherboard, a regular LGA 1155 board, and a broken pin. My CPUs are i5 2400 and i5 2500k; I don’t have a high budget. For the server, power efficiency is important since energy costs are through the roof. The plugins I use could be removed or replaced. Could you delete some of them like EconomyShopGUI? Also, let me know if you need help with any specific plugin or configuration to improve performance for 5-10 players simultaneously.
