Hello everyone, it's been a while! I recently purchased an ASUS DSL-AC55U router to upgrade from ADSL to VDSL, but my current model doesn't support VDSL. According to ASUS, it can run a VPN server—either PPTP or OpenVPN. Since I'm using an iPhone and iOS doesn't allow PPTP, I chose OpenVPN. After setting it up with the instructions I found online, I followed the default options. The connection works, but I still can't load any web pages. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help, Bruno.

Your phone's private IP address under VPN is unknown, but the router's private IP is documented. The default gateway should match what you expect, and you can verify connectivity by pinging it. For security, ensure your connection uses HTTPS instead of HTTP.

Check if your VPN and LAN subnets share the same address range.

I can't verify this because webpages won't load. In the VPN settings, the server appears as my home IP. Regarding the default gateway, since I'm using LTE, I can't confirm that either. Could you clarify what you meant by "reach the default gateway"?

Your VPN network uses the range 10.8.0.0 while your local network is set at 192.168.1.1. That should help clarify things.

I can reach the router's configuration. Regarding the VPN subnet, could you clarify what you mean by "192.168.2.0/24 or similar"? You changed it to 192.168.2.0, so I'll send the file to your phone and test it now.

The updates made were identical, and the pages remain inaccessible.
