You recently installed a new modem and router, but the server isn’t appearing in the router’s device list. The IP address shows as the old one instead of the new one. When checking with ifconfig -a, it still displays the previous IP (10.0.x.x). It seems the configuration files might need adjustment to match the new network settings.

You likely changed the static IP, so modify /etc/network/interfaces and update the address.

Check the /etc/network/interfaces configuration file to determine the server operating system.
